What is a combo?
A combo is a great way to easily track collections of foods and exercises.
You can even make recipes or exercise plans out of them.
For example, if you regularly ate a banana, peanut butter toast and a latte for breakfast, you could make this as a breakfast combo and track that, instead of having to track everything individually.
If there was a great dinner recipe that is not a TWD recipe, you could add all the ingredients and make that a combo, essentially like adding a recipe.
How do I make a combo?
Head on over to your "Tracker" and then to "Manage Combos".
Once on manage combos, if no combos already exist, you will be prompted to make one and can select whether you would like to make a food or exercise combo.
Simply start by naming your combo, and ensuring the servings size is correct.
Then, start adding the foods/exercises that you want in the combo.
Once you have added everything in your combo, you can click the arrow in the corner to close. Changes will automatically save.
You can now track this combo by searching for it in the tracker.
You can then go back to 'tracker' > 'manage combos' at anytime to edit a combo, delete a combo, or add another.
