You can do your own exercise, outside of the provided exercise plans, and add this to the tracker.
We encourage any and all exercise on the plan, some exercise is better then no exercise.
If you have your own exercise plans, prescribed exercises, or a routine you stick to and don't want to follow the given exercise plans, just be sure to track this once completed.
To track your own exercise:
Go to tracker > food & exercise tracker.
You add exercise much like you add a food or recipe, search for it in either morning, afternoon or evening, whenever it was completed.
Once searched for, select your entry. Instead of entering the amount like you would a food, you add the duration and exercise factors.
This will automatically save. Click in the search bar or anywhere else on screen to click out of this.
Note: entering steps will not change the energy balance graph, only tracked food and exercise will affect this.
