If you are struggling to eat all the food:
If you are finding that the food provided on the menu plan is too much there are a few things you can try.
We do suggest that you aim to reach your food unit target for both nutritional adequacy and optimum weight loss.
You can however try to space out your food consumption throughout the day. The way we recommend to do so is by making your meals as normal, however instead of eating the full serving break this up into smaller serves, and then save the other serving for later in the day. This way you still eat what is provided, however eat less at a time and more throughout the day.
