Below is your full settings page, to get to this page click on the settings cog on the right of "My Dietitian".
This will take you to this page. (Settings cog in corner of screen).
From here you can access everything about you, your account, and program settings:
- Personal Details (name, address, DOB)
- Account Details (email, username, password)
- Starting Details (start weight, measurements, start photo)
- Weight Preferences (weigh in day, goal weight)
- Program Preferences (program week, day week starts, program preference)
- Menu Preferences (week of menu plan, menu plan preference
- Tracker Preferences (country the database pulls food results from)
- Food Unit Preferences (view your unit level and other levels)
- Energy Preferences (change between kilojoules and calories)
- Exercise Preferences (week exercise plan is on, level of exercise, frequency of exercise, exercise plan preference)
- Notifications (here you can update what emails you receive)
- Manage Membership (change plan, cancel plan)
- Update Payment Details (change your payment details)
- Earn a Refund (your weekly calendar, refund criteria, and where to claim a refund post program)
- Freeze Membership (where you can place your account on hold)
