On the Total Wellbeing Diet, as soon as you register you will need to select a start date. You can select a start date up to 1 week away from the date of registration (7 days).
You will choose this start date when you undergo program set up.
If you choose the wrong date and need to change this, you can follow these steps:
- Settings
- Preferences
- Program Preferences
You will then see the screen below, and you can choose a program start date within the 7 days.
Note: This can only be done within 7 days of registration. If your program start date has already passed and your program has started, you will not be able to change the start date.
You will have immediate access, but this provides you with time to familiarise yourself with the site, view/amend your menu plan, go shopping and get prepared to start on your starting date.
If you want to change your start date, but your are already into the program:
Once the program has started, you cannot change the start date as above. However you can go to settings > preferences > program preferences, and change the day and week.
For example: You can reset the week to week 1 like in the picture above, and change the day the week starts to a day in the future. Then your program will start on that later day in the week.
Note: this does not change the duration of the subscription of 12 weeks from the date of registration.
