The Total Wellbeing Diet does not offer specific menu plans for all food allergies or intolerance's aside from gluten free for coeliac disease.
If you have certain intolerance's or allergies, foods can be substituted out that you cannot eat for foods that you can eat, as long as it replaced by a food from the same food group.. For example, banana can be replaced with apple or any other fruit.
However as the Total Wellbeing Diet is not intended for specific conditions always consult your doctor or dietitian before commencement to see if it will be suitable.
