It is recommended that around 8 glasses (2 Litres) of water is consumed each day. This can be tracked in the Food and Exercise Tracker using the glasses at the bottom of the page.
Both tea and coffee are allowed on the Total Wellbeing Diet. We recommend that you add these drinks into your Tracker when consumed to monitor your food units. (Note: black tea and black coffee are free foods and can be consumed as much as you like - add milk for example and they become part of your dairy units).
Also, adding any sugar to coffee or tea will contribute to your Indulgence food units.
