As part of the 12-week program, you will receive a 12-week Exercise Plan. You will only be able to view 1 week at a time and cannot preview the next week.
To access your exercise plan, click Exercise > Exercise Plan.
During Program Setup you can choose which exercise plan you would like to be on, however the default is our new Resistance Exercise Plan (no gym required) which, along with a high protein diet, assists with weight loss. If you are unsure what exercise plan you are on, or would like to change exercise plans, you can do so by clicking Settings > My Profile > Change your exercise preferences.

- The dates for the current week will be displayed
- Your exercise level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) will be displayed.
- PDF (Total Wellbeing Exercise Plan ONLY) of the current week's plan.
- Add Exercise Plan to Food & Exercise Dairy
- Click this to add your exercise plan to your tracker
- Un-click any days that you haven't done/ work outs you haven't done
- Select what time of day the exercise was completed.
- View Workout for the Day (see below)
- This contains in-depth instructions & videos on the workout and what's involved
- The calories are also displayed here
