The App is only a companion to the Total Wellbeing Diet Website and therefore has limited functionality. If you would like increased functionality on your phone, we recommend using your mobile browser to access the program.
For full functionality of the program (desktop version) you can switch to the 'Full Site' on your mobile. This will allow you to add photos to your tracker and modify your settings, which is not achievable via the App or mobile site. To do this load the mobile site and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click 'Full Site'. This will appear as you see on your desktop.
Apple Users
To add the website to your home screen, follow the below steps:
- Load the website on your mobile
- At the bottom of your screen there should be a banner with some symbols. If you can't see this, tap the screen once so that it appears. Click the symbol of the square with arrow going through.
- Scroll through the options until you see "Add to Home Screen"
- You can edit the title if you wish. This is what you will see on your home screen.
Android Users
To add the website to your home screen, follow these steps:
- Load the website on your mobile
- At the top right (next to search bar) is a symbol with 3 dots. Click this.
- Select 'Add to Home Screen' option
