You can easily view your daily tracker in the Total Wellbeing Diet companion app.
When you open up the app you will automatically be taken to your dashboard, which will be the Food and Exercise Tracker. You can then click the plus sign to start tracking.
Alternatively you can select Tracker which will be at the bottom of the screen next to 'dashboard'.
- To view the Tracker, simply tap Tracker.
- Tap the arrows at the top of the screen to navigate between days OR
- Tap the date to select a specific date
Please Note: The App is currently only available for Apple Users. Android users can access the program via their mobile web-browser.
