This is why we have developed the Start Strong Guide, which is intended to keep you motivated, and on track as you tick off all the things you need to do to adhere to the program and get the best results possible.
Once you have completed program set up you are prompted to use the Start Strong Interactive Guide. You will have a checklist of the main components of the plan to look at, tasks to complete e.g. weigh in for the week, and more.
