Each daily meal plan contains 3 meals, and snacks per day.
Snacks are important on the TWD meal plans, this is because these snacks will assist you to meet your daily food units, and you should be eating all snacks, as well as all meals per day to ensure that you meet your food units.

We have 3 different food unit levels on the program, you are automatically placed on one based off your individual factors.
It is also important to note that snacks change, based off what level you are on. This is how higher or lower food levels provide more or less food, through the snacks.
For example level 1 snacks contain only a dairy and a fruit unit:
Whereas level 3 snacks contain 2 breads/cereals units, 2 healthy fats/oils units, 1 dairy unit, 1 fruit unit, and 0.5 meat units.
Be sure to eat your snacks as well as your 3 meals each day.
