The Total Wellbeing Diet has been designed to promote a healthy lifestyle through making various changes that better your wellbeing. The program aims to improve diet and exercise to facilitate weight loss and overall health. The program will provide health tutorials and teach you the basis for healthy eating, what to eat, when to eat, how much and so on, with also an emphasis on exercise.
The program itself has not been clinically tested for weight loss through hormonal changes such as menopause. The program is intended for weight loss for the general adult population, and there are many on the program that have been on the program and asked the question of menopause, and seen success.
If you are concerned, or have specific medical questions please contact your doctor. However if you would like to know more about other people that have done the program with menopause, I would suggest heading on over to our Facebook support group - CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet - Official Support Group. There are over 13,000 members in that group that ask each other questions, share experiences and results.
You can search in that group for posts regarding menopause, or even pose the question to how others have done the program with menopause and what their experience has been like.
