We do not have a meal plan or program suitable for vegan eating, nor vegetarian.
You can adjust the plan to vegetarian/vegan by making meal swaps and doing food substitutions.
You can substitute any food you can't eat, or don't like with another as much as you need to. The only rule is that you replace it with something from the same food group, e.g. fruit with fruit.
You can also do meal swaps, so if there is a recipe that has foods you can't eat or that you don't like, you can swap this meal out from the menu plan and replace it with another from a list of options, or for one that you have found. There is also the options to make your own meals based off a unit guide.
Swapping out non-vegan/vegetarian foods would be the best way to do this.
