This feature is there to reflect on the kind gestures we make, big or small, that spread compassion and positive energy.
An act of kindness and compassion could be as simple as saying good morning to a stranger in passing, saying thank you or writing a thank you letter, helping out a friend or loved one. Anything that spreads that positive energy is going to boost your mood, the moods of others and wipe away that negativity.
Being compassionate brings us closer together even without expecting anything in return.
