To view your refund criteria, go to Settings > Account > Earn a Refund.
You will see the below, this is your refund criteria that must be met in order to attain a refund. It is available from as soon as you set up your program on day 1. And it will detail what you need to do.
You will get a green tick against each factor of the criteria that is met.
You can check this at anytime throughout your 12 weeks, from start to finish so that you can keep on track.
Ensure you start within a week of registering, upload a weight and photo each week within the week, achieve a net weight loss, complete the survey and story within a week of concluding the program, and claim.
What is a net weight loss? This is any amount, you do not need to reach a certain weight loss goal to be eligible for the refund, you just need to lose any amount over the 12 weeks, it could be as little as 100g, if it is a loss, that is eligible.
Note: if you do not meet any of the 8 points on the criteria, you will be ineligible for a refund, and a refund will not be provided.
You will be able to see if any of the criteria has not been met as a red X will be shown against the ineligible criteria, and all following points will be NA.
