We offer a refund on on the standard $199 membership, and the premium membership $299 (note: max refund is $199 for the premium program).
To receive this refund you do need to adhere to our refund criteria over the course of your 12 week program.
The criteria is in your account, and on our website:
To view your refund criteria, go to Settings > Account > Refund.
You will see the below, this is your refund criteria that must be met in order to attain a refund. It is available from as soon as you set up your program on day 1. And it will detail what you need to do.
You will get a green tick against each factor of the criteria that is met.
You can check this at anytime throughout your 12 weeks, from start to finish so that you can keep on track.
Note: if you do not meet any of the 8 points on the criteria, you will be ineligible for a refund, and a refund will not be provided.
You will be able to see if any of the criteria has not been met as a red X will be shown against the ineligible criteria, and all following points will be NA.
