To find your shopping list go to Food > Shopping List.
Below is your shopping list, which will display for the week, and update automatically each week to accompany the weekly meal plan:
The shopping list will show all ingredients required, from:
- Fruits & Vegetables
- Pantry Items
- Meat, Poultry, Seafood
- Chilled & Frozen Goods
- Bread & Bakery
How many days do you want to shop for:
Your shopping list will display 7 days worth of shopping by default, starting from the date shown:
- For example, 7 days shopping starting on the 11/11/19 is shown as per below.
You can change this to show either 7 days worth of shopping, 3 days worth of shopping, or the day that is selected, under number of days as shown above.
So, if you wanted to do 3 days worth of shopping from the 11/11/2019 you would select 3 days, the shopping list would then automatically change.
How many people do you want to shop for:
If you are cooking for more than 1 person, you can adjust this in the shopping list to increase the amount of food provided, so that you can adjust the recipes and cook for more. You can do so under I'm cooking for.
You can select an amount of people, and if you want this to be more all meals or only dinner.
Your shopping list will then automatically adjust the required ingredients.
Note, recipes won't change and you will need to adjust accordingly.
Shopping lists at the time do not have any functionality linked to Woolworths or any other food delivery service.
