We have an extensive food and exercise database at your disposal. You can search for types of foods, for example "apple", or a "wrap". This is best used of items not on your meal plan you are wanting to eat and add to your tracker/see units for.
We have a Food Search function, which is different to the Recipe Finder, as the Food Search is more extensive and searches for more than just recipes.
To access this go to:

Here you can search for specific foods to see their units.

You can then click on an entry, e.g. "Black Swan Mexicana Salsa Dip" to see its food units and nutritional information per serve.
Note: the food search is for foods, searching for recipes can be done in the "Recipe Finder".
