On the Total Wellbeing Diet you are allowed 1 indulgence per day along with the remainder of your food units. A daily make up will be like below:
Your menu plan per day will provide all the food you require to meet your food units, however it will not include an indulgence. We don't suggest or specify any type of indulgence and as it does not fall into any of the main food groups, it is not on the menu plan.
However, you can have 1 per day. You can add an indulgence to the tracker when you eat them.
For example, if you ate chocolate at lunch time, you would add this to "afternoon" on the day that you ate it. And you can search any food in the tracker to find out how much one food unit is.
Note, you don't have to eat 1 indulgence per day if you don't want to, however you have the option.
