On your menu plan (Food > Meal Plan), you will see your plan for today including 3 meals and snacks.
Next to each meal there will be both a tick, and a set of parallel arrows, this is shown below.
What do these mean?
These arrows mean to swap a meal, and by clicking on them you can generate a list of options to swap that meal with if you don't like it or can't eat it.
