As part of the 12-week program, you will receive a 12-week Exercise Plan. You will only be able to view 1 week at a time and cannot preview the next week.
To access your exercise plan, click Exercise > Exercise Plan.
During Program Setup you can choose which exercise plan you would like to be on, however the default is our new Resistance Exercise Plan (no gym required) which, along with a high protein diet, assists with weight loss. If you are unsure what exercise plan you are on, or would like to change exercise plans, you can do so by clicking Settings > Preferences > Exercise Preferences.
As highlighted above, you will see the week and specific plan that you are on. This is your exercise plan for the week where you can see at a glance what is on each day.
Depending on your exercise preferences for amount of days, some days will have no exercise and will be a rest day.
You can easily track a days exercise plan by clicking the tick in the corner of each days exercise.
You can click on any specific day to see the exercise plan for that day.
- You will see all the exercise in the days plan.
- You will have a how to video for each individual exercise
- You can see how long the exercise plan is, and how many calories you will burn
- You can easily track this in the food and exercise diary as you complete it
