When you enter a meal, recipe, food or exercise in the Food and Exercise Tracker it will automatically save as soon as you have entered the entry.
To get to the tracker go to Tracker > Food & Exercise Tracker. Once there you can start adding your food and exercise entries. See below.
All entries automatically save, you can click out of an entry/save an entry by:
- Clicking the X in the corner of the entry (the X is not a delete button, but just takes you out of that food entry, it will still save if you click this)
- Clicking the search bar to add another entry
