You can copy and paste food, exercise and recipe entries in your tracker from one day to another, or multiple days. This way, you don't need to individually add something you are eating regularly throughout the week each time.
To do so, firstly go to:
- Food and Exercise Tracker
Then you add what you ate to the tracker, and if you want to add this easily to other days of the week as you may be intending to eat this as well, you can copy and paste. To do so, see below:
Above we have the Smoked Salmon Potato Salad, and Tea with Milk. If you were wanting to track this on the following few days you would do the following.
- Select "Copy & Paste
- Tick the boxes next to the foods you want to track on other days
- Then select the date/day you want to track this entry, and the time of day
- Then press done
Then when you check that date you selected, the entries will be there.
You can do this for food, exercise and meals/recipes as much as you like.
