You can easily make a PDF for a recipe, daily or weekly plan, daily or weekly exercise plan and so on.
1. Ctrl-P or Right Click:
- On your keyboard hold down the Ctrl key, and whilst doing so press the "P" letter. Or, you can use your mouse/cursor and "right click" anywhere on the page, and select "print".
- You will then see the below:
- Saving a PDF:
- Once you have the print page up, in "destination" select "save as a PDF" shown below:
- Then press "save" (this will replace "print" at the bottom).
