- Exercise = access your exercise plan and exercise library
- Tracker = access your Food & Exercise Tracker/Weight Tracker (submit weigh-ins & photos), results page, photo gallery and connect your fitness trackers
- Community = access to our supportive Forums & Private Facebook Support Group
- My Dietitian = purchase and book sessions with our Accredited Practicing Dietitians
- Settings = access account settings (password, details, payments, freeze/cancel) and Program settings (menu plan, exercise plan, program details etc.)
