Below is a step-by-step guide on how to make the most of your program
STEP 1 - PROGRAM SETUP
- Complete the 7 steps (as below)
- Select Program Type
- Select Starting Day - you can select a start day up to one week away from your registration date
- Add your starting measurements, date of birth, ethnicity, activity level
- Exercise Details
- Food Preferences (Optional)
- Goals & Weigh-in Day
- Extra Information

3. Enter your Account Details
4. Log s Starting Weight and Height
5. Set your Personal Goal
6. Select a Start Date (up to 1 week away)
7. Choose one of our Meal Plans
8. Answer Some Questions
9. You're Set Up!
Note: we do recommend doing program set up on the computer/full site.
