If your Fitbit isn't syncing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your device via the website (not the App). Please note, steps from the Fitbit will not sync to the App, only the website.
To sync/disconnect your device, go to Tracker > Connect Devices. Alternatively, click on the following link to take you directly there: https://my.totalwellbeingdiet.com/devices
If it still isn't syncing, log-in to your Fitbit account and check the permissions for the Total Wellbeing Diet.

In the meantime, you can manually enter the steps displayed on your Fitbit by clicking Tracker > Food & Exercise Tracker > At the bottom of the page, enter the step count under "steps".
