The Total Wellbeing Diet offers a gluten free menu plan for members who have coeliac disease or another reason for needing a gluten free diet.
A delicious 4-week gluten free eating plan. The menu helps you learn the principles of the Total Wellbeing Diet with simple, nutritionally balanced gluten free meals and snacks. You have the option to swap meals and customise the menu to suit your gluten free lifestyle.
If you are following the 12-week program, the gluten free menu plan will repeat 3 times over the course of your program.
If you have already registered, you can select this menu plan by clicking on > Settings > Preferences > Menu Preferences.
You can search for foods by clicking on Food > Food Search and type in gluten free in the search bar.
You can substitute any food you can't eat with an alternative, as long as it is swapped with something from the same food group. E.g. for GF foods, any GF alternative can be used - wholegrain bread swapped with gluten free bread for example.
