For most people, we recommend booking a Dietitian Session around Week 4 of the Total Wellbeing Diet. This can help to boost your motivation and progress.
To book in a session with one of our Coaches, please go to My Dietitian > My Sessions.
Follow-up sessions should be booked 2-4 weeks apart, however your Coach will be able to provide further information on this during your first session.
