You can create a combo for your own recipes or exercises.
Note, you cannot make a combo with both food and exercises, you can make a combo for exercises, or a combo for food/recipes.
- To do so, go to Tracker > Food and Exercise Tracker.
Once in the tracker, you will need to add the foods or exercises that are in the combo to the diary, refer to this article on how to add foods to the tracker here.
Once added, click on "Make Combo", as shown below.
Then select all the foods and/or ingredients in the combo. Once selected, name the combo.
You can then click "Done". And from then on you can search the name of the combo and add it like any other food.
Note: You can do the same for exercise regimes. Simply add all the exercises you do > make a combo > name it > search for it > add it.
