You can add food and exercise to your tracker by clicking on the 'Search Food, Drinks or Exercise' bar on the tracker page, in either morning, afternoon or evening.
Then simply search for each food, drink or exercise one at a time using keywords, select the best match from the results and then click on that item. You can then adjust the quantity/serving size. Then that will enter into the tracker and register the food units.

- Type the name of the food or exercise in the 'Search Food, Drinks or Exercise' bar in the Morning, Afternoon or Evening section.
1. Follow the steps above to get to the tracker.
2. Once you are on the tracker, search for the item. When you find the closest match, click on that item.
3. Once clicked on the item, you will be able to adjust the serving if needed. This will then add to your tracker and register the food units in the table below. You can then click out of the entry/keep adding items to the tracker.
Note: the X across from the name of the food/exercise entry will not remove your food/exercise entry, it is another way to save the entry and will just take you back to the general tracker page.
For exercise:
Follow the same process, search for the exercise in the tracker like you would a food, and instead of adding servings sizes and units, you would add the frequency/duration of the time exercising.
