As part of the Total Wellbeing Diet Program you will receive a 12 week menu plan with different meals assigned to you. If you do not like or cannot eat the meal assigned to you, you can choose to 'meal swaps' for one of the options provided.
If you do not like any of the meal swap options provided, you can choose to 'Do your own ...'. When you select to 'Do your own...', you will be provided with the food units that the meal should contain, but you can decide how you wish to make up those food units.
For example, for breakfast, if you do not like the options available, you can choose to do your own breakfast (standard or protein). You will see similar to the below and can choose how you make up the units displayed.
By choosing the 'Do your own... ' meals, the ingredients for the original assigned recipe will be removed from your shopping list. You will then need to account for the ingredients of the recipe you have added in to your Tracker. This will calculate the food units of your new ingredients and help you ensure your meeting your food unit targets.
