The Total Wellbeing Diet Online provides a meal swap function for each meal. You can use the meal swap options to swap out a meal you do not like, or can't eat.
Simply use the arrows that appear under the meal name within your menu plan. This will open a new window, in which the available swaps will be displayed. Scroll through, once you are happy with your selection, click on it and then select 'swap one'.
This will then amend your weeks menu plan, and shopping list to include the new ingredients.
