You can still do the Total Wellbeing Diet, even if you are limited in your exercise capabilities, or cannot exercise.
The program is scientifically formulated around a high protein/low GI eating plan that has an emphasis on food groups and eating a range of wholefoods from each food group per day. Through variety and nutritional adequacy, the diet teaches people what to eat, how much to eat, and allows people to track what they eat. We provide serving requirements for food consumption per day, and provide a range of healthy and nutritious recipes over eight different meal plans.
By eating the required amounts of nutritious foods per day from all food groups and ensuring you eat right, you can be successful even with little exercise, or with the absence of exercise.
There are no exercise requirements on the program, we only recommend that any exercise is good exercise and to what you can. If you have limitations you need not follow our plans, you can do what you are able to or do any exercise you already do. If there is professional exercise guidelines you are recommend to follow, follow those.
So you can still be on the Total Wellbeing Diet doing limited exercise, and still achieve weight loss results.
