You can join the Total Wellbeing Diet and have success with weight loss, even if you are limited in your exercise capabilities.
The diet is a weight loss diet centered around a high protein/low GI basis that is specifically designed to help anyone who wants to lose weight, lose weight. It is a healthy diet filled with whole foods from the main food groups to provide a range of healthy foods and adequate nutrition.
The diet teaches people what to eat, how much to eat, and allows people to track what they eat. We provide unit allowances for food consumption per day, and provide a range of healthy and nutritious recipes over eight different meal plans.
This is why the diet can be successful even with little, or in the absence of exercise.
That being said we encourage exercise and we have a range of exercise plans for different needs and/or requirements, they can be customized for your exercise level/experience. Alternatively, you can not follow the exercise plans and log the exercise you do in your tracker as you do it, as we realize some people have certain circumstances where exercise plans can't always be followed.
So you can still be on the Total Wellbeing Diet doing limited exercise, and still achieve weight loss results.
