As part of the refund criteria, we require members to submit a photo each week along with their weigh-in. For more information on the refund criteria, please click here.
This is 1 photo for each of the 12 weeks done consecutively. By this we mean that you must upload your photo each week within the intended week. E.g. week 2 must be uploaded in week 2, if uploaded in another week like week 3 it will be ineligible.
We recommend members upload:
- A full-body photo wearing in plain coloured comfortable clothing against a plain back drop
- We find outdoor shots work best as the lighting is better but this is not essential
- A high resolution JPEG

If you take your own photos, we recommend taking a full-body photo of your reflection in the mirror.
