You can change almost any aspect of your program in your settings.
Go to your account settings for any account related questions. You will be able to access this page at any time, even once your account has expired.
Go to your profile settings for any program related questions. Here you can:
- Edit your starting details (i.e. details entered during program setup)
- Change the program you are on (i.e. Program 1, Diabetes, Program 2 (if purchased).
- Change your food unit targets (total energy intake/ food units)
- Change your menu plan (type and which week)
- Change your exercise plan, including intensity and days/week you wish to exercise
- Change your weigh-in preferences, including your Weekly Weigh-in Day
- Change your goals (& mini-goals)
