STEP 1 - PROGRAM SETUP
- Complete the 7 steps (as below)
- Select Program Type
- Select Starting Day - you can select a start day up to one week away from your registration date
- Add your starting measurements, date of birth, ethnicity, active
- Exercise Details
- Food Preferences (Optional)
- Goals & Weigh-in Day
- Extra Information
- You can edit your program details, starting measurements, exercise details, weigh-in preferences and goals at any time during your program through your Program Settings.
