The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet has released a new resistance based exercise program.
New members will automatically be placed on the new Total Wellbeing Exercise Plan which includes Resistance workouts and walking which can be done at home or outside without gym equipment. Some exercises include the use of dumbbell weights and resistance bands, however the exercises can also be completed with just the use of body weight.
If you are an existing member and wish to change to the new resistance exercise program, you can do so in your settings. To do this, click Settings > My Profile > Change your exercise preferences > Select 'Total Wellbeing'.
You will automatically be put into week 1 of the new exercise program.
Please note, we are not able to provide plans for specific conditions or injuries. In these cases, we recommend members speak to a health professional (Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, PT) to ensure you are following a safe and suitable exercise regime.
