There are two types of meals you will see in your menu plan. A ‘recipe’ and a ‘meal.’
All the recipes from TWD books can be viewed and searched in the Food Search. They will have the word 'Recipe' next to them. If you are assigned one of these recipes in your meal plan they will be hyperlinked. You will be able to search these at a later date.
Many meals in the menu plan are just ‘meals’ (i.e. Simple Banana Berry Smoothie). These don't appear in the Food Search. If you would like to revisit this meal for the ingredients and preparation instructions, you will need to search and add the meal in your Food & Exercise Diary. Once added, click 'View Nutrition Information' > 'Show Original Meal Details and Preparation Instructions'.
