Only Week 1 is available in pdf format ('Getting Started Guide'). But you can easily view and print your menu plan through your online program, or save it as a PDF.
To view your menu plan click on the Food tab > Menu Plan. To Print click on Print Page (top right corner) > Select 'Just this page' if you would like a weekly view of your menu plan on one A4 page. Otherwise you can choose the other options to print the entire menu plan with a breakdown of each meal with or without the shopping list.
If you go to print settings after pressing print, and go to "destinations" > print as PDF, you can save this to your documents.
You can preview the menu plans up to one week in advance. Simply click on Food > Menu Plan > 'Preview' arrow in the top right hand corner of the page. The menu plan will be titled 'Preview Week' and just check the dates of the days on your menu plan just to clarify which week you are on. To print, you can follow the instructions mentioned above.
