The symbols at the bottom of the Food & Exercise diary under 'Other Records' are for glasses of water. The recommended daily intake of water is 8 glasses.
Each time you drink a glass of water, you can click 1 of the symbols. This will automatically save and is a great tool to quickly and easily keep tracker of water consumption.
If you want to add a specific amount (mL/L), you can click "Add food or exercise" and type 'water' followed by the amount.
