You can add your own recipes by creating a 'combo'.
To do this you will need to go to Tracker > Food and Exercise Diary > Create Combo > Enter the name of the recipe > Enter all of the ingredients > Save. You will then be able to add this to your diary by going to your diary and typing in the name of the recipe as you have saved it.
The system does not enable you to state how many serves there are per recipe entered. If you enter the ingredients into your combo exactly as the recipe states (i.e. serves 4), you will need to edit the serves when adding this to your diary.
You will need to divide 1 by how many serves there are in your recipe. For example if your recipe serves 4, divide 1 by 4 which will give you 0.25. You can then enter 0.25 serves of the recipe and this will calculate how many food units contribute to 1 serve.
Alternatively, you can edit the ingredients in the recipe so that your combo only serves 1. To do this, divide the amount of ingredient by the number of serves i.e. if the recipe serves 4 and you have 2 tomatoes, you would enter this as 0.5 tomatoes. This will calculate food units per 1 serve. You can then enter the amount of serves you have had into your tracker.
