Nothing happens when I click ‘Place your order’
Make sure you have correctly entered the following details:
- Email address
- First & last name
- Select Gender
- Select I am at least 18 years of age
- Credit Card number
- Cardholders name
- Expiry, Card type and CCV
If you select ‘Place your order’ and nothing happens, scroll through the page. There may be an error message displayed in red text, outlining the issue.
Error message when I click ‘Place your order’
You may receive an error message when registering if any of the details above are entered incorrectly.
We recommend that you check your details and try registering again.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you click 'Place your order' and reach the 'Welcome to the Total Wellbeing Diet' page.
If you do not receive this within 5 minutes, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact our Support team using the 'Submit a Request' button at the top of the screen.
My payment was processed but I can't login
If your payment has been processed but you cannot login, either your email address has been entered incorrectly, or your password is incorrect:
- Reset your password here
- If no email is received, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Contact our Member Services team here.
Note: If you have previously done program 1, you cannot re-register for program 1.
