To be eligible for a refund, you will need to satisfy these criteria.
This includes completing an end of program survey:
Members with an active membership
- Go to settings > Earn a Refund
- Go to step 6. and click on "complete the survey"
Note: you can do this survey even if you have an expired account. (Log on, it will say expired membership, go to settings > Earn a Refund > complete.
