To be eligible for a refund, you will need to satisfy these criteria.
This includes completing an end of program survey:
Members with an active membership

Members with an expired membership
- Click here to login: https://my.totalwellbeingdiet.com/member/login/
- You will receive a message stating that your membership has expired. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select > Refund Instructions
- Select > End of program survey
- Complete the survey
- Contact Member Services to request your refund within 7 days of completing the program.
