If your Fitbit isn't syncing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your device via the website (not the App). Please note, steps from the Fitbit will not sync to the App, only the website.
To sync/disconnect your device, go to the homepage of your program, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on + Connect Your Device. Alternatively, click on the following link to take you directly there: https://my.totalwellbeingdiet.com/devices
If it still isn't syncing, log-in to your Fitbit account and check the permissions for the Total Wellbeing Diet.

In the meantime, you can manually enter the steps displayed on your Fitbit by clicking Tracker > Food & Exercise Diary > Click Steps under 'Other Records' (where water intake is recorded).
