It is recommended that around 8 glasses (2 Litres) of water is consumed each day. This can be tracked in the 'Food and exercise diary' using the glasses at the bottom of the page.
Both tea and coffee are allowed on the Total Wellbeing Diet. We recommend that you add these drinks into your Tracker when consumed to monitor your food units.
If you are having milk-based cafe style coffee, these will have a significant contribution to your Dairy food units. Also, adding any sugar to coffee or tea will contribute to your Indulgence food units.
