Your 'starting date' reflects the day you logged in for the first time and completed program-set up.
However, your 'Program starting date' and the day your menu plan starts will reflect the starting date you chose when completing your program set-up.
You are able to view/change this by selecting:
- My Profile
- Program preferences
You are able to view this by selecting > My Profile > Program preferences. You will also notice Day 1 of your menu plan starts on this date.
We give our members immediate access on to Week 1 to get a feel for the site and allow you to prepare for your selected start date.
If you wish to change your start date, please email our Member Services team at email@example.com to reset your account.
