How do I change my start date?

Your 'starting date' reflects the day you logged in for the first time and completed program-set up.

However, your 'Program starting date' and the day your menu plan starts will reflect the starting date you chose when completing your program set-up.

You are able to view/change this by selecting:

  1. Settings
  2. My Profile
  3. Program preferences

We give our members immediate access to Week 1 to get a feel for the site and allow you to prepare for your selected start date.

If your program starting date is in the past, you will not be able to change this unless you reset your account.
