If for any reason you cannot commit to the program at this time and you need to put it on pause, you do have the option to freeze the membership.
To freeze, go to Settings > Freeze Membership.
You can then select freeze and input the dates you wish to do so.
- The date you wish to freeze
- The date you wish to reactivate

- No payments are deducted whilst your account is on hold.
