You can freeze or place your membership at any stage during your membership.
To freeze your membership select > Settings > My Account > Freeze or Cancel your membership; or click here.
You will need to enter a date to freeze your membership from, and a date to reactivate your membership.
Alternatively, contact our Member Service team here requesting a freeze, indicating the date of both freeze and reactivation.
Please note:
- If you freeze your membership during your initial 12-weeks, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- If you have registered through the Total Wellbeing Diet companion App, you will not be able to freeze your membership.
